• Dynamic Watermarking: Every profile photograph is protected by an indelible, semi-transparent watermark bearing the platform copyright.
• Anti-Drag & Context Menu Lockdown: Right-click image saving, direct dragging, and unauthorized copying are programmatically disabled.
• Screenshot Deterrent: The platform applies instant blur deterrents during screenshot attempts or tab switching.
• Private Authenticated Endpoints: Profile photographs are served through authenticated streaming gateways and are not publicly exposed to unauthorized web spiders.

5 User Rights under Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you retain full sovereignty over your personal data:

• Right to Rectification: You can edit and update your personal details at any time from your Dashboard settings.
• Right to Withdraw Consent / Deactivate: You can temporarily hide or deactivate your profile from search results whenever desired.
• Right to Erasure (Account Deletion): You may request permanent deletion of your profile, messages, and uploaded photos either from the Dashboard or by emailing our Grievance Officer. Upon deletion, your personal data is purged from active databases.

6 Law Enforcement Cooperation

We cooperate fully with verified Indian Law Enforcement agencies, Cyber Crime Cells, and Judicial Courts. We may disclose necessary technical log details (such as IP addresses, login timestamps, and account details) upon receipt of lawful notices issued under Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), Section 69 of the IT Act, or a court order, for the investigation of cyber crimes, financial fraud, impersonation, or harassment.
