1 Digital Subscription Delivery

Upon successful completion of payment through our secure authorized payment gateways, premium membership privileges are activated electronically and delivered instantly to the user's account.
2 Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their auto-renewal or delete their account at any time through their Dashboard settings. However, cancellation of a paid membership does not entitle the member to a cash refund for the unused days of an already active billing cycle, as digital services are provisioned upfront.
3 Refund Eligibility & Exceptions
Because budhist matrimony agency Matrimony Agency provides immediate digital access to private verified contact details and search services, payments made for premium subscriptions are generally non-refundable once any contact detail has been viewed or digital service utilized.
Circumstances where Refunds ARE Issued:
- Duplicate Payment / Double Charge: If a technical glitch causes the user to be charged more than once for the same subscription order.
- Payment Debited but Membership Not Activated: If funds are deducted from your bank/UPI but due to a gateway timeout the subscription was not credited, and cannot be activated within 24 hours.
4 Refund Process & Timeline
To request a refund in eligible cases of duplicate charges, email us at VISHALALONE2@GMAIL.COM with your registered mobile number, payment transaction ID, and bank deduction screenshot.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original source of payment (Bank / Credit Card / UPI) within 5 to 7 business days as per banking and payment aggregator guidelines.
